  • Last month, Bursa welcomed 2 new ETFs listing on the Main Market, namely Kenanga KLCI Daily 2x Leveraged ETF and Kenanga KLCI Daily (-1x) Inverse ETF.
  • The top 3 performing ETFs last month were FANG-2XL (14.0%), HSCEI-1XI (9.1%) and KLCI1XI (4.6%)
  • The top 5 performing ETFs last week were safe-haven assets such as gold and bonds as well as Inverse ETFs as markets decline due to the outbreak of the coronavirus.
  • In January, TradePlus Shariah Gold Tracker (0828EA) saw redemptions in the primary market in line with the decreased demand for safe haven assets earlier in the month.
